Hola from our corporate headquarters in Traverse City, MI. It’s been a beautiful Fall so far & we’re pretty happy folks; happy about the water views you see above, and happy about all the coals in the fire at here at WD Web.
We’ve been busy lately. Not that you wouldn’t expect busy from a web company with 6 divisions. But our busy has been characterized by positive improvements to one of our original flagship companies – the one that got this crazy ride started back in the mid 90′s. Wedding Details is undergoing a makeover thanks to the determination of one of our lead programmers Joe Derrigan, and our creative go-to-design guru, Jason Kasper (and of course much positive leadership from management). To say the team is excited is an understatement. We don’t want to let the cat out of the bag just yet, but if you are looking to plan a wedding in the near future, or if you are looking for a wedding vendor listing resource service, stay tuned for an expected release in mid to late November!
In other news, MorePhotos is making some exciting enhancements in regard to shopping cart functionality – so photographers can expect their clients to have an extra user-friendly experience while purchasing your beautiful images! A big thanks to Shelly Murphy & Jeremy Steck for this awesome work.
On the PhotoScramble front (our new photo contest software), we are getting new and exciting contests on a weekly basis, and for a limited time businesses can host a photo contest online with our service at no charge to “test drive” the software. There are future developments pending, and we expect the addition of “private labeled” contests & added enhancements & features to come in early 2011.
